Another difference that can be seen is that the WD Black has a 500 GB/2TB capacity whereas Blue has an 80 GB/1 TB capacity.

The WD Black comes with a dual actuator technology. It consists of a head positioning system which comes with two actuators. This helps in improving positional accuracy.
