Released in November 2011, this is a sandbox video game created in the Java Programming language. It was developed by Mojang Studios and released as a public alpha for personal computers in 2009. The game has since become the best-selling video game and has sold over 200 million copies. It has also earned 126 million monthly active users as of 2020. 

In this game, players explore a procedurally generated 3D blocky world with infinite terrain. Here, they may extract new materials, items and build earthworks or structures. Players can also fight computer-controlled figures and even compete against other players. To maintain health and build the world, players must acquire resources, in a survival mode. Players can also change the game to create new items, assets or gameplay mechanics. 

The game has been cited as one of the most influential and greatest video games and has won several awards. 

What is a Real life then?

Many aspects of real life are not included in games. Issues such as hygiene, processed foods, electronics, extreme weather and vehicles are not included in the Minecraft.
