It is powered by a 325-watt motor that is great for loading and making large batches of baking ingredients. In addition, the KitchenAid Artisan has an additional accessory, the plastic pouring shield. This accessory helps make it easier to pour and incorporate additional ingredients while the mixer is on and mixing the ingredients inside.

The Artisan is also available in many different colors, 27 colors in total. The entire color scheme ranges from metallic to neutral into unexpected colors and cookery-based colors like: tangerine, pear, persimmon, pistachio, yellow peppers, and many others.
