Coffee has been in use for many centuries, and it has become part of the lifestyle. Coffee comes in many varieties such as: Latte, Espresso, Brewed, Decaf Brewed, Instant, Filtered, and Plunger.
Caffeine is the ingredient in coffee that invokes the interest in people. Coffee is known to have many benefits. Caffeine is known to be excellent for asthmatic conditions as it relaxes the air passages in the lungs. Coffee is also good for lessening the risk of Parkinson’s disease as it increases the dopamine supply in the blood. Caffeine is also a stimulant that helps people to stay awake all night.
People have their own choice of coffee. Some like to have coffee with milk, and some others love to drink black coffee.
Coffee is prepared from roasted coffee beans. Normal coffee is prepared by adding hot water to ground, roasted coffee beans. This process is the simplest one. Latte is an Italian version. This version is made from steamed milk and espresso. In the Italian language, “latte” means “milk.” The word “latte” that is used now is the shortened form of “caffelatte” which in Italy means “coffee milk.”
