The FBI, or Federal Bureau of Investigation, is under the U.S. Department of Justice. The FBI serves as an internal intelligence agency as well as a federal criminal investigating agency. Considered to be one of the oldest federal law enforcement offices in the U.S., the U.S. Marshals is the enforcement arm of the federal courts.
The U.S. Marshals are mainly responsible for the effective operations of the judicial system by protecting the officers of the court and the court buildings. The U.S. Marshals isresponsible for court security, seeking fugitives, serving arrest warrants, and engaging in prisoner transport.
While the Federal Bureau of Investigation helps in the investigation, the U.S. Marshals helps in imposing order across the nation.

No – this article is poorly written, and the response is also wrong. Both FBI and the U.S. Marshals (spelled with one “L”) are under the executive branch of government; both fall under the U.S. Department of Justice, and both report to the U.S. Attorney General. The Marshals are also located in foreign countries as well. Please check your information/sources before putting mis-information on any forum.

In San Diego I was a criminal Grand Jury and A judge was apart of my life . I was so angry he manipulated the Judical process taking a gang from the same Barrio I was an internal Planner. I contacted Witness Protection LA Chief US Marshall Witness Protection Bruno DeLuca whom was furious and asked me to help him get to SD political corruption Crap which he thought had stopped. I have a problem that falls federal program slash church and has torn my life up! As I learned I am married to a Decon for church and over seer for a federal program as well! How do I get help I have cried out so many times they are corner stoning me as well as am on disability and they are trying to strip me of my income, I sleep on a breathing machine out side do to the fact hat a portion of the people who tormented me while I was transgender are at he shelter and when I go into shelters I get worked to look mentally incompetent or it got said they would get me on a sexual charge! They mask behind a work program as well as a drug rehab program as I learned when I got back here that my partner is a drug rehab counselor traveling state to state, I am supposed to look like I am under a mental health umbrella! The things they do to set me up! They are working me to bring a work program in three states to corner me if I go into maine or mass as well as n.h. they will not let me divorce the man I am married to! And never any of this till I transgendered! I need phone numbers to people that can help high up the later! Please any advise would help if I call the federal burrow they hang up on me!

It is a federal crime to attack or abuse a disabled person either president Clinton or bush made it a federal law.so i would believe the fbi or marshal service should help you since it is a federal crime. I asked a friend of mine that is a federal attorney and he told me this so they should help you because they are breaking federal law. I hope this helps you.

Well as i understand it it is a federal crime to abuse or take advantage of a disabled person. I believe either president clinton or bush made it a law so being a federal law i would think either the fbi and maybe even the marshal service should be able to help you. Just tell them the people that are harming you are breaking federal law

I just received a call from a John Marshall. He claimed to be from the FBI. He was calling about me being scammed by many different persons. I was not scammed, but was offered large sums of money if I paid a sum.
My question is: Do you have a John Marshall from Herculus, CA. His phone number is 510 313 5921.
He gave me the phone number for the Bank of America, the routing number, my account number and my pin. I called and was told that my account had $12.5 million in it. Of course, I had to paid a small sum in order to receive it. I turned it down. Was I correct to do this?

I’m disabled and a widow. An attempt was made on my life 2 days ago and I reported it to the local police and was told this ” maybe you should lay low for a while and stay away from the area”. WTF! I’ve also been told that its not their job to protect and serve so I politely told them to get it off their car then these same 4 fayetteville Arkansas policemen told me that witnesses protection is something that’s only pn tv. WTF! I’ve had a US Marshal pretend to be an ER doctor didn’t want to hear about a murder only wanted to know if I knew where a drug house was. I went to the local FBI office in Fayetteville Arkansas and was told they can not help me. I trust no law enforcement agency at all now. The sheriff’s office even put on my file that I was a 51/50 which I find out means crazy. I am once again homeless and have no transportation because of exposing the owner and other occupants a danger from my situation. I’ve had 36 operations and need at least 4 more plus have some kind of tumors growing in my lungs and my spine. My neck and lower back is not stable from failed fusions. I need help so these bad public servants can receive punishment and do this to no one else. I know the dirty cops and also a dirty judge. I owned 110 acres with 2 homes my third home on it was bombed yet they said it happened from a bottle rocket. They ate getting rid of all physical evidence but I do have pictures and some blood evidence and they know I have my sons bloody jacket now. Matter of fact I was followed by feds last night from one state to another. I’m not afraid by any means I just don’t want to go to prison for the murder of my children whenever public officials or their family are the ones responsible. Every report i filed with county never got filed by the officers..please help me..I have no one left in my life.
