not true. I shop at Abercrombie (kids) and i am 12 years old. I fit into all their clothes, and wear a size Large, which is a size 10-12 in girls kids siizes. i also have some clothes from Hollister and fit into an Extra Small, and a 00 in bottoms. all my friends are 12, and we are all skinny and shop there. its not geared to “middle aged teens”! its basically a range…they have little sizes like my my sizes (XS,00) and HUGE sizes (XXL, 12) in adult. Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister have the same type of sizes. they both have xs to xl and 00-12. you are wrong. plus, abercrombie kids and hollister arent “sisters”! your stooopid!

    <3 you stupiddd 🙂

Its not about the sizes that they offer, it’s about the marketing. The clothes are geared towards certain ages; it doesn’t mean only certain ages will fit in the clothes. In general, those are the ages the stores market to. Gearing to a certain group simply means that those are the ages the company is trying to sell the clothes too. Just like Banana Republic gears the clothes to adults, yet I still wear some of the clothes. Just because I (an 18 year old) wears clothes that are more for adults doesnt mean the clothes arent marketed to mainly late 20+ adults.

You clearly do not understand. The store itself is designed for that age category, not saying that only that they can wear those clothes in their age group. It is just the age group they mainly focused on..

You didnt have to say you were twelve we could all get that from your post, you really can’t grasp the core concept of the piece written above. Please get a tutor.

I think that what you posted was very logical. But, think about this, what if you were to create a awesome headline? I mean, I don’t wish to tell you how to run your blog, but suppose you added a post title that grabbed people’s attention? I mean Difference Between Abercrombie and Hollister | Difference Between | Abercrombie vs Hollister is kinda boring. You should look at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create article titles to grab viewers to open the links. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to grab people excited about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it would bring your posts a little bit more interesting.

That 12 yr old is so adorable you almost want to slap her. Sister companies means…. different companies owned and operated by one lrg company. Example: wal mart owns sams club….

Also Hollister only offers xl plus in mens….

Some people might be offended at a under weight child referring to a size 10 as HUGE. esp since wearing a double 0 could be considered anorexic.

And the fact that abercrombie and fitch has in the past had nude modeling in their catalogs and you had to be 18 to receive it…. I highly doubt they are pitching to 12 yr olds lol

Kayde, It’s also offensive that you could consider 00 to be anorexic. I wear a 00 at hollister, and am normally a 1 or a 3 at other places. Not I mention I’m well weight proportioned to my size.

First this is not about the sizes or how u wear ur clothes. This is about market and ad and how each brand market their product to a different audience. In this case we all know that hollister and abercombrie market the same product but in different perspective. Abercombrie focus their product on college students at different from hollister. This two branches sell the same product but the image of the store focus into diferent audience. THIS IS NOT ABOUT YOUR SIZE THIS IS ABOUT BUSINESS

i work on this stores before.

Hey kiddies, Chris 28, I’m wearing a Hollister shirt right now that says 1990. I was established, or born (for the younger readers), younger readers I mean lower experienced readers. There’s some street smarts in reading, you can come up with your own meaning and thoughts to anything ever read, it is your choice. Your decisions, is what makes your words worth a thing. If I say I’m going to drive the speed limit, but speed my words are faulty and worth nothing. To another listener or group of people I could say I’m going to drive the speed limit, but drive slower, and it be just as catastrophic imbalance of chemicals and hormones to these set of people, whether you eat to much from the fridge, or not enough, you may have a parent say something to you, and try to force you different. Thus there triggers of chemicals and hormones. Much love from Chris 28, out in Columbus Ohio. Oh and for you older readers, your just big stupid heads. (Wrap your mind around that sentence). Everyone will see that sentence different, and think of it in different ways. Much love, or are you one who sees that mentioned sentence in different lights? Or are you above the age limit of 28, and will not credit what I said do to you are old. I do not believe that, but do not believe I am young. A 10 year old has every right of me, and I follow and try to listen and show them what a listener is. Older than 28? Do the same what am I thinking when I say. (I have a red nose I bought from Walgreens, in fact I bought 3, and one bracelet. When will we learn that to donate with the heart is an e experience you will not forget, like the feeling of loving or feeling harm, adrenaline is a common reminder. There are others. Alright Hollister and Abercrombie for the win. You want to see a model?

Oh Chris again, did I mention I worked at the Abercrombie and Fitch site in New Albany OH, for Davey tree. Beautttttiful landscape environment. Beautiful place to work, and walk. Oh boy, listeners tune your self to your nearest Hollister or Abercrombie store for some gorgeous clothing. Eat healthy, and exercise safely, and moderately. Till you get turnt up.
