I have a question. I can eat icecream and bloat a bit with minor stomach pain, but if I eat sherbet I’m in so much intestinal pain I almost have to go to the hospital. ( I have pots and the leaky gut syndrome and all the other great things that go with that.)

So my question is, why does sherbet bother me more than regular icecream?

It could be an egg intolerance you have or possibly the fruit juice. do you have allergies or intolerance’s to certain foods?

Probably due to the amount of acid in the sherbet. Fruits have natural acids and some are very acidic. The 50% milk in ice cream will cancel out the acid.

Oh my, my honest advice would be to stay away from both of them. Maybe try Halo.
